When you book an event or meeting at the Braeport Centre, the local community benefits. All monies go back into the centre which is run and owned by the community. We hope you enjoy our bright spacious rooms. To help you choose the most suitable room, have a look at our floor plan.

A large rectangular room (6.1m x 16m = 97 sq m) with a high vaulted ceiling.
Often used for children’s parties; it can accommodate a bouncy castle.

Haining
Capacity 50
A good-sized rectangular room (6.8m x 10.3m = 70 sq m).
It has a sink unit and 3m mobile unit with worktop, perfect for crafts, messy activities and basic refreshments. Thick curtains make this room suitable for presentations using a projector. Easy access to kitchen and toilet facilities.
Cathedral View
Capacity 80
A large rectangular room (6.1m x 17.5m = 107 sq m).
South facing with lots of light and lots of space for activities. Easy access to kitchen and toilet facilities.
Kitchen
Galley kitchen with access to fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven.
Perfect for refreshments and heating food for small groups (domestic oven & microwave).
Pricing
Rooms can be hired individually or in combination with our other rooms.
Occasional Users: for one-off bookings, events, parties and meetings our rate is £25/hour. For parties and private events, we recommend a 3 hour slot which should include setting up and clean up time. If you require more than one room, please get in touch.
Regular Users: we offer regular weekly slots for group activities, please get in touch for more information.

The Braeport Centre is run as a community facility and all lets are operated on a keyholding basis. It is, therefore, very important that you read, understand and abide by the following conditions.
