Online Availability and Booking

Please use the calendar below to check when the halls are available. Please also allow at least 15 minutes between the start/end times of existing events when creating your new booking.

1. Select the room you wish to book from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

2. On the calendar, click the blue cross next to the date.

3. You will then be asked to either log in, or create an account, if you are using it for the first time. (An account is needed so that you can track your booking status, any changes that are made, plus view any invoices and payments linked to that booking)

4. Complete the booking form and click on save – this reserves the space for you and sends your request to our Bookings Officer.

5. The Bookings Officer will receive your booking request and confirm your booking via email.

6. Payment instructions will be sent with the booking confirmation.
